The centre. It was the keepers’ lodge, people the family could trust because they looked after the house all the time, so their rooms had views on the garden and the different doors. In the entrance there is a comfortable walk-in wardrobe and a fair-sized bathroom with jet stream shower. The drawing room features an old fireplace and beautiful local fabrics. Behind a small door the bedroom seems to float through space and time, the outer world caresses it with the gentle multicoloured scent of the garden.
