Redibis at 'I Primi d'Italia'

Will be 80 lucky people who will participate at the meeting with the people of Restaurant Redibis, to take place in Foligno in Piazza della Repubblica on the occasion of "I Primi d'Italia"and that will taste "Picchirilli con il ragù dell'aia" prepared for the occasion by Chef Antonio Falcone

The appointment is in Foligno in Piazza della Repubblica.
Here our Restaurant Redibis will be at the event, as famous as lucky XIV edition of the National Festival "IPrimi Piatti"
In the structure, specially prepared for the occasion,you can taste "Picchirilli con il ragù dell'aia" prepared by our chef Antonio Falcone and his precious help Francesco Barone.
We'll be one of the protagonists of "Itineraries of taste." A meeting of about an hour where we recount you the story of our proposed kitchen inspired by an old family recipes, published in the volume Le ricette degli Angeli of Maria Luciana Buseghin,editor La Rocca.
An example of authentic culinary tradition of Bevagna, like so many other delicious recipes of the next volume La cucina di Bevagna,always of the same author and publisher.
With Picchirilli "will sanctify" the festive meeting on Saturday 29 September. The sauce goose, in fact, was the highlight of the calendar of our agricultural land but also the calendar of life, ancient ritual of feast days.
We are sure that this recipe, which can be enjoyed in combination with Rosso di Montefalco DOC Cantina Scacciadiavoli, will be an opportunity to find scents and flavors of our households, and recover a better way of life beginning with our customs at the table!
