Friday the 6th of November there will be also wild boar ham

Leonardo Spulcia calls it the ham with the waxing, as the skin has to be cleaned with particular care.

By a very big wild boar a 10 kg. ham, a beautiful, large slice, very tasty, but not salty.
A beautiful deep red for an experience not to forget.
