At Redibis, in these days,our chef Antonio and his staff have a lot to do: "cappelletti", "passatelli", galantine, all as traditional want ... but not enough!

Here he is "a bottega" immortalized with "la coppa di testa", under the watchful eye of the cook of the family "Grandma Fiora and her husband, Armando," custodians of the ancient family recipe. Like every year, the challenge of Antonio is to keep, with proud,our tradition but enhance it with technology, careful selection of raw materials, organization, humility and heart.
For devotion, you have to come to taste it!
