A journey to discover the ancient medieval traditions. A plunge in the past to discover technologies and work tools inside of the evocative medieval shops of Bevagna situated in the historic city center of the town. But also a moment to rediscover the ancient prescriptions of a time.
In the next few days, and precisely from 17 to June 27, a special atmosphere will invade Bevagna: they will be in fact the days of the well-known historical recalling of the "Gaite festival". As we at "Orto degli Angeli" and at "Redibis" are tied to tradition and to the territory, we decided to pay homage to the festival with a particular menu called:
